Local or Long Distance Delivery Service

BC FURNITURE EXPRESS LTD uses 3rd party delivery companies to send furniture and mattress products. All deliveries will be a two man service and will be either first-point-of-entry or any room in the house depending on location.

You will receive a call or email once your delivery has been scheduled. If you are not available on the scheduled delivery day, please call us to arrange a different day within 48 hours.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

Some items might take 5-6 weeks before delivery depending on the availability.Orders are fulfilled with in two/three weeks of it being received. This is due to processing times as well as transfers depending on the availability of the products in certain locations.Customers can call at 7784760644 to check the availability and time frame for delivery.

PICKUP

Once your order is invoiced, a request is sent to the warehouse to prepare your order. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a shipment email. Please bring a copy of your shipment email and a piece of photo ID when picking up your order.

Please examine your order for any visible signs of damage, incorrect products, or missing parts before signing the document of PICKUP. If this is the case, please specify these issues on the proof of pickup and accept the order.

BC FURNITURE EXPRESS LTD will repair/replace any item deemed to be defective or incomplete as per manufacturers warranty.

BC FURNITURE EXPRESS LTD will not take any responsibility for the damages or missing parts once proof of pickup has been signed and merchandise leaves the warehouse.

UNDELIVERED MERCHANDISE

Any items, products, or orders that are Undeliverable in any manner, such as, but not limited to: “Refused”, marked “Return to Sender” or “Not Home” may be subject to additional fees related to the non-successful Delivery(Please see our cancellation policy and standard return policy). BC FURNITURE EXPRESS LTD does NOT assume responsibility for validating the correct Shipping Address.

DAMAGED ITEMS/MISSING PIECES

Please examine your order for any visible signs of damage, incorrect products, or missing parts before signing the proof of delivery or assembling the product. If this is the case, please specify these issues on the proof of delivery and accept the order.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

The assembly and installation of the product(s) purchased by the Buyer shall be performed by the Buyer at the Buyer’s own responsibility. BC FURNITURE EXPRESS LTD shall not assume any legal liability in relation to the assembly and installation of the product(s). BC FURNITURE EXPRESS LTD shall not assume any legal liability for damages to the product(s), the Buyer, or their property, or other accidents caused during the assembly or installation.

COMMERCIAL USE WARRANTY WAIVER

BC FURNITURE EXPRESS LTD Furniture is proud to offer home furnishings to our customers with a 1 year limited warranty*. During this period, BC FURNITURE EXPRESS LTD will repair/replace any item deemed to be defective or incomplete provided the item is used as it is intended, assembled as directed and used for residential purpose only. Our furniture is manufactured to withstand the daily rigors normally encountered in your home but is not recommended for commercial use. The 1 year warranty is not valid when the product is used for commercial purposes and abused or altered in any way.

* Manufacturer’s warranty may exceed 1 year.

 

RETURN POLICY

There will be a 33% restocking charge on all the returns. BC FURNITURE EXPRESS LTD will issue a refund after deducting 33% restocking charge and shipping costs from the total amount.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and if you return an item that is offered with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refusal to accept the delivery does not count as a return and will not qualify for a refund.

CANCELLATIONS

BC FURNITURE EXPRESS LTD strives to process all orders as quick as possible.Due to this, there is a limited period of time in which your order can be cancelled .Orders that have been shipped, or prepared for shipping will not be cancelled and in that case you do not wish to receive your product, you may return it under the terms and conditions of our Standard Return Policy. Please review this policy before refusing the product at delivery, as additional delivery charges and restocking fees may apply.

If your order has not been processed or shipped, it can be successfully cancelled and BC FURNITURE EXPRESS LTD will initiate a refund back to the method of payment that was used. The processing time for refunds is 3-5 business days from the date of the confirmation email.Financial Institutions will often require another few days for the transaction to appear on your account. Unfortunately BC FURNITURE EXPRESS cannot control this time frame, so once you received the Refund email, your best course of action is to contact your Financial Institution.
